f you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at hello@prntdstudios.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
