1. Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During this time, we prepare your items and hand them over to our shipping carriers.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days globally.

Please note: "Business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Options

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: FREE

  • Premium Prioritised Shipping: £3.99

    • Note: Selecting "Prioritised Shipping" ensures your order is pushed to the front of our fulfillment queue. While it speeds up the handling process at our facility, the carrier transit time remains 6–15 business days.
